1 session per week on your own.

 

Phase 3 – 1 training session per week for 4-6 weeks. This is usually the final phase. Exercise sessions are more intense and very specific. You need to do at least 2 sessions per week on your own.

 

Maintenance – You will receive a program to follow at home or at gym to maintain what you achieved through biokinetics.

 

A re-evaluation is done after every phase to monitor progress and adjust exercises accordingly.
